We are proud to announce that we have achieved Mindful Employer accreditation, a nationally recognised standard that demonstrates our organisation’s commitment to supporting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
The Mindful Employer Charter, launched by the NHS, helps employers take a positive and proactive approach to mental health. By signing the charter, Precedo Healthcare Services has committed to:
- Supporting staff experiencing mental health challenges in a non-judgemental and positive way.
- Encouraging open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
- Ensuring people are not discriminated against because of mental ill health.
- Valuing the diversity of our workforce and creating an inclusive culture.
- Regularly reviewing and improving how we support staff wellbeing.

About Mindful Employer
The Mindful Employer initiative was established by the NHS to support employers in creating workplaces where mental health is openly acknowledged and positively supported. Organisations that sign up to the charter commit to practical actions that reduce stigma and promote staff wellbeing.
